  2. Joined BARC through BARC Training School in 1971 after completing B. Sc. (Physics, Chemistry, Maths) From Jiwaji university Gwalior.
  3. Joined Radiation Standards Section in 1972.
  4. Worked successfully on
  5. The development of dosimetry using ionisation chambers  for X and Gamma rays.
  6. The development of techniques for the measurement of ultra low level currents from ion chambers.
  7. Measurement techniques for the Neutron detectors and ion chambers used in Nuclear Power Reactors.
  8. Development of Nickel Self Powered Neutron Detectors (SPND).
  9. Development of a Ir-192 HDR system for Dosimetry applications and Standardisation of Well type chambers.
  10. Development of a Reference ionisation chamber for measurement of Reference Air Kerma Rate from  Ir-192 HDR Sources
  11. Development of a High Intensity Pulsed Gamma source for the testing of detectors used in a Nuclear Event.
  12. Development of Measurement systems for Synchrotron Radiation.
  13. IAEA’s Coordinated Research Project (CRP) on “Development of TLD based Quality Audits for Radiotherapy in Non-Reference Conditions”.
  14. Set up 3 calibration laboratories for the calibration of Gamma survey instruments and pocket dosimeters.
